Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a trilingual psychotherapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from NYU and hold a Bachelor of Music from UC Santa Barbara. Throughout my career in private, community, and digital health settings, I have specialized in supporting both pediatric and adult populations through multi-state telehealth. My primary areas of expertise include working with clients managing anxiety, behavioral challenges, life transitions, and crisis intervention. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward growth and healing!

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy should be a collaborative, active partnership tailored to your unique needs. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, blending practical behavioral strategies with deeply supportive, person-centered therapy. I specialize in integrating modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop practical coping tools, manage intense emotions, and make meaningful changes. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I also bring a strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help break down complex behavioral patterns into manageable, actionable steps. Whether we are working through a specific life transition or managing long-term challenges, our sessions will focus on building resilience and creating sustainable growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about building a comfortable foundation and ensuring you feel heard. We will start with a warm, low-pressure conversation to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll explore your current challenges, background, and what you hope to achieve. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace. By the end of our first meeting, we will collaborate on a preliminary roadmap and outline some initial, realistic goals so you leave with a clear sense of how we will work together toward your growth.
