Great to meet you!

Do you ever feel overwhelmed and unsure of what to do next? Whether you are trying counseling for the first time or you’ve met with a therapist before, I work to establish a warm and affirming space for my clients. I recognize that the therapy process looks different for each person, and I am grateful for the opportunity to provide the support that can make this process a little less scary. While I have worked with people of various walks of life, I most enjoy serving folks coping with anxiety, adjustment, stress, and navigating marginalized identities.

My approach to therapy

With me as a therapist, you can expect our sessions to include: (1) identifying barriers to change (2) paced exploration to better understand yourself non-judgmentally (3) practicing new skills to manage these issues more effectively.

What you can expect from me

From these sessions, you can expect to gain new skills to better manage your stress, strategies to help confront your anxiety, and reflections that help build new perspectives around yourself. If you are looking for a space to connect with yourself more and be challenged with compassion, I may be a good fit for you.
