I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can share your concerns at your own pace. In our first session, we’ll have an open conversation about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you’re currently facing, and the goals you hope to work toward.
I take a holistic perspective, exploring the emotional, mental, relational, and environmental factors that may be affecting your well-being. Rather than focusing only on problems, I also highlight your strengths, resilience, and the coping skills you already have.
Together, we’ll begin identifying clear next steps, including goals and what future sessions may look like. The first session is about building trust, understanding your story, and creating a strong foundation for meaningful, empowering growth!
