Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here.

On my path as a therapist and healer, one thing I’m always going to stand on is this: YOU are the expert of your life. I believe healing happens when we honor your lived experience and reconnect with your inner wisdom. I know how heavy anxiety, self-doubt, and the pressure to keep moving can feel. In our work together, we slow down, make space for your truth, and nurture practices that bring you back to balance and calm.

My approach to therapy

My work is especially supportive for BIPOC and People of the Global Majority, neurodivergent adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, first- and second-generation adults, caregivers, helpers, and those who have spent much of their lives adapting to environments where they felt misunderstood, hyper-visible, or unseen.

Together, therapy may include exploring nervous system patterns, relationship dynamics, identity, attachment wounds, boundaries, self-worth, grief, and the emotional weight of constantly “pushing through.” I integrate somatic awareness, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and practical coping tools while honoring the cultural, relational, and systemic contexts that shape mental health and healing.

What you can expect from me

This is not a space where you need to overperform, explain your humanity, or minimize your experiences to be understood. Therapy with me is about creating room for your full self, the overwhelmed parts, the resilient parts, the grieving parts, the hopeful parts, and the versions of you still learning how to rest, feel safe, and take up space.
