I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 10 years of behavioral health experience working with adolescents and adults across a variety of care settings. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, mood concerns, and other emotional challenges.
I provide both psychotherapy and medication management, allowing for a collaborative and personalized approach to care. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward emotional wellness, stability, and improved quality of life.
I take a collaborative and individualized approach to care. I believe meaningful treatment begins with listening carefully and understanding each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we develop a treatment plan that may include therapy, medication management, or a combination of both.
My approach focuses on practical tools, evidence-based treatment, and creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to treatment. We will review your current concerns, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from care. I may ask questions about your symptoms, daily functioning, stressors, and past experiences with treatment to better understand your needs.
By the end of the session, we will begin developing a personalized treatment plan and discuss appropriate next steps moving forward.
