Great to meet you!

Hello! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of healthcare experience and 5 years of practice as a psychiatric provider. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized mental health care where clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment journey.

I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, mood disorders, impulse control disorders, panic attacks, stress, and anger management challenges. I am passionate about supporting clients seeking high-quality, compassionate care and a collaborative approach to treatment where their voice and goals are central to the process.

My path into psychiatric care was driven by a deep desire to support people as they navigate life while managing mental health challenges. Throughout my career, I have trained and worked alongside experienced psychiatrists and mental health practitioners, which has strengthened my commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

I hold advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and Master of Science in Health Administration (MSHA). These experiences reflect my dedication to lifelong learning and providing the highest standard of care.

My approach focuses on creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel empowered to take meaningful steps toward improved mental health and overall well-being. I believe that healing and growth are most effective when we work together as partners in your care.

Above all, my approach is warm, collaborative, and respectful. I want you to feel heard, understood, and like an active partner in your care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based. I take time to understand each individual’s mental health condition, history, and personal experiences to create an effective treatment plan. I use a conservative, evidence-based approach to psychopharmacology while emphasizing the importance of psychotherapy and whole-person wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session focuses on understanding your concerns, history, and goals. We will review your mental health symptoms, medical background, and prior treatments in a supportive, collaborative setting, discuss next steps, and begin creating a personalized treatment plan together.
