Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Fahmo Hans, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and founder of Inspire Wellness LLC. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other difficult life circumstances.

I bring years of experience supporting individuals and families through challenging seasons of life and have worked extensively with diverse and multicultural populations. I value each person’s unique background, experiences, and strengths, and my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and understood without judgment. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or simply ready for positive change, we’ll work together toward greater balance, healing, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to mental health, so our work will be tailored to your individual needs, goals, experiences, and strengths.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Together, we’ll explore patterns that may be affecting your well-being while developing practical coping skills, emotional regulation strategies, healthier ways of thinking, and stronger relationships. I’ll support you with compassion while also helping you recognize your strengths, consider new perspectives, and take meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’ve been experiencing, what feels most important right now, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin.

You can expect me to be compassionate, honest, and engaged. I’ll listen without judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and work alongside you to identify realistic goals and practical next steps. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more understood, more confident in yourself, and better equipped to navigate life’s challenges.
