Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Faiza, a therapist who works primarily with children and adolescents ages 6–18. I have experience supporting youth with concerns such as anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and behavioral challenges. I’m especially passionate about working with clients from diverse and minority backgrounds and strive to create a space where each child feels seen, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and developmentally appropriate. I meet each child where they are and use strategies tailored to their age and needs, helping them build coping skills, express emotions, and navigate challenges. I often incorporate interactive and engaging techniques to keep younger clients involved.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help clients feel safe, confident, and empowered in managing their emotions and experiences. I focus on building practical coping skills, improving emotional awareness, and strengthening self-esteem. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves and working toward meaningful growth.
