Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Delaware State University and practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My practice is rooted in a strengths-based approach designed to promote resiliency and leverage resources that enhance the natural recovery process.

I am a believer that when you feel that you have been buried in a dark place, you have actually been planted!

My approach to therapy

I utilize a range of therapeutic modalities tailored to individual needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and person-centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

I take a holistic, affirming, and open-minded approach, helping you bring your hidden strengths to light. You’re the captain of your ship, and I’m your co-captain and partner along the way. While therapy doesn’t always have to be heavy or serious, we’ll work together to help you achieve your treatment goals!
