I am a Psychiatric and Mental Health Provider who specialises in medication management of Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, other Traumas, Schizophrenia, Substance/Alcohol use disorder, and other Mood disorders, and obesity due to taking antipsychotics.

I have been a Provider since 2013.

Doctoral Education at the University of Wisconsin,

Master's at Metropolitan State University and Walden University.

I see patients from ages 6- 100 years old.

Every individual is unique. I meet each patient where they are, and together, we work as partners through shared decision-making to develop a plan of care tailored to the patient's needs. This helps in building trust and ensuring the treatment plan aligns with each individual's values and lifestyle.

My first session with each Patient is about listening and learning their stories in a calm and welcoming manner. It is also a time to establish the goals of therapy and treatment, particularly by identifying what has worked in the past and what has not, so adjustments can be made to improve the Patient's well-being.
