Great to meet you!

I am passionate about helping my clients progress on their mental health journeys. I love what I do! My clients have ranged from 6-year-olds to adults with depression, anxiety, ADHD, mood dysregulation, sleep disruption, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance abuse disorders. I have worked in the psychiatric field for over 5 years.

My approach to therapy

My compassionate and culturally sensitive approach helps me use interpersonal skills to listen and understand client's needs. I use motivational interviewing and therapeutic tools to identify each client's strengths and weaknesses while helping them move closer to their personal goals. I encourage the use of Genesight testing to help identify effective medication options. I use nonpharmacological treatment options when appropriate.

What you can expect from me

For the first session, we will discuss your current issue, past history, goals, treatment options and begin creating a treatment plan tailored to meet each client's needs.
