Great to meet you!

I am a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan. I earned my Master of Social Work degree in 2019 from Michigan State University. I have over 7 years of experience in community mental health, working as a Child, Youth, and Family Therapist. In addition, I have experience in crisis intervention, providing de-escalation support as a mobile response worker assisting individuals experiencing suicidal crises.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to helping individuals develop deeper self-understanding and navigate life’s challenges. I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. I offer a nonjudgmental and authentic space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward your goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, supportive space where we’ll get to know each other. We will focus on understanding what brings you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it. I’ll gather some background information, answer any questions you have, and we’ll begin to outline a plan that feels right for you.
