Great to meet you!

Welcome to One Day at a Time Psychiatry, LLC.

My name is Felicia, and I am the founder and psychiatric provider at One Day at a Time Psychiatry. I bring over 15 years of experience caring for veterans as a bedside registered nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit and the Surgical Intensive Care Unit.

Throughout my nursing career, I witnessed firsthand the deep and often unmet mental health needs of veterans, as well as individuals and families within my community. These experiences shaped my commitment to providing compassionate, accessible, and high-quality psychiatric care delivered one step and one day at a time.

I completed my psychiatric nurse practitioner training at Chamberlain University and am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I specialize in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use disorders.

At One Day at a Time Psychiatry, care is personalized, collaborative, and based on proven methods. I offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy through secure telehealth, so patients can get care in a way that works for them.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and individualized approach with each client, focusing on understanding their unique experiences, goals, and challenges. My style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, creating a safe space where clients can openly explore their thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help individuals achieve tangible improvements, such as restful sleep, regaining focus at work, and overcoming challenges to build healthy relationships. I specialize in personalized treatment plans addressing PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and substance use disorders, supporting each patient's journey toward a better quality of life, one day at a time.
