While I utilize specialized interventions like EMDR and I am a Certified Advance Addiction Counselor (CAADC) to provide strategies for deep trauma and habit change, my broader focus is on helping you build a sustainable sense of emotional stability. I offer dedicated evenings and Saturday sessions designed to respect the demands of your life while we work to resolve the root causes of your stress.
