Great to meet you!

I work with motivated individuals who are doing well on the outside but struggling with the weight of life on the inside. My approach is holistic and integrative, addressing the complex intersection of anxiety, burnout, and life transitions. While I utilize specialized interventions like EMDR and I am a Certified Advance Addiction Counselor (CAADC) to provide strategies for deep trauma and habit change, my broader focus is on helping you build a sustainable sense of emotional stability. I offer dedicated evenings and Saturday sessions designed to respect the demands of your life while we work to resolve the root causes of your stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and person-centered, meaning I tailor our sessions to your unique needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all script. I combine the collaborative, strength-based values of social work with specialized like EMDR to help you move beyond traditional talk therapy and achieve lasting change. We will work together to build practical, day to day coping strategies for stress while simultaneously addressing the deeper root causes of burnout and emotional weight. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel both supported in your current struggles and challenged

to grow toward you full potential.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is low-pressure opportunity for us to get to know one another and ensure we are a good fit. We will spend time discussing what has brought you to therapy now and what your specific goals are for our work together. While I will gather some history to understand the 'weight' you've been carrying, our primary focus will be on beginning to create a clear, collaborative roadmap for your healing. You'll leave the first session with a better understanding of how my integrative approach works and, most importantly, a sense of hope for the path ahead.
