Great to meet you!

I provide remote therapy in English, Spanish, and Spanglish. I'm a client-centered clinician with a holistic approach to therapy and healing, meeting you where you are in your journey. As a multicultural, Latinx, bilingual woman and mother, I feel passionate about empowering women, mothers, femmes, and people from immigrant, BIPOC, and queer communities.

My approach to therapy

Humans are complex and diverse, so therapy should not be one-size-fits-all. I have a holistic and collaborative approach informed by your needs, values, and desires. I draw upon cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and person-centered therapies among others. I am friendly, gentle, humble, open-minded and direct.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is dedicated to getting to know one another. I want to understand your reasons for coming to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and how I can support you. I also want to answer any questions or concerns you may have about me and the therapy process. I strive to create a comfortable, non-judgmental, empowering, and inclusive space where you can feel heard and supported.
