Dr. Folashade Fadairo

Folashade Fadairo, DNP, PMHNP-BC, is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a strong commitment to improving mental health outcomes for pediatric patients, older adults, and underserved populations. Folashade attended Chamberlain University for her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Walden University for her Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice. She brings clinical expertise, compassionate care, and a personalized approach to her role in mental health. Since the beginning of her nursing career in 2008, she has had the privilege of serving diverse patient populations in hospitals, Nursing homes, and assisted living. Folashade combines medical expertise with a profound sense of empathy and respect for every patient she serves.

Outside of her work, Folashade enjoys family gatherings and spending time with her husband and children. She is an advocate for mental health awareness and education in communities of color. She remains committed to lifelong learning and delivering culturally competent, person-centered care.
