Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with confidence and hope.

With an African multicultural background, I value the role that culture, family, identity, and faith can play in emotional well-being. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and, for those who desire it, I offer Christian faith-integrated counseling that combines biblical principles with evidence-based clinical care.

Whether you're seeking healing, personal growth, or support through a difficult season, I'm here to help you take the next step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Everyone experiences struggles—you don't have to face them alone. I provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where we can work together to help you overcome challenges, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change.

I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, and relationship and family concerns using evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. For those who desire it, I also offer Christian faith-integrated counseling.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences, answer any questions you have, and work with you to develop a plan that feels right for you.
