We treat ADHD/ADD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD/Trauma, Insomnia, Self-esteem and low confidence concerns, Life Transition and Life Adjustment Issues, OCD, Mood Disorders, and more. We conduct Online ADHD Psychological Testing and Medication Management (10 years old and up). Online ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation and Medication Management are mostly covered by insurance; you may only be responsible for pay co-payment.

My philosophy of practice is incorporating supportive therapeutic talk therapy in all of my sessions. I believe that addressing your needs and traumatic life experiences, in addition to psychopharmacological treatment (medication management), will help you achieve your greatest potential and outcome.
