I appreciate people as unique and diverse individuals, with various types of life challenges. Im here for the challenge. Helping minds heal and lives transform has been a true reward of doing what I do in therapy. I am here to help you.
I use a lot of different evidence-based practices and interventions, including, but not limited to, Transactional Analysis, Emotional regulation, CBT, mindfulness, and more. I work to get to know the person I am working with and tailor their treatment to their needs. I specialize in working with children, adults and couples.
In our first session, I will focus on learning your perspective of the challenges that brought you to therapy. There will be an exploration of your life, functional capacity, social aspects and your strengths. We will identify what you want to achieve through therapy.
