I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience in the field. I graduated with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University, specializing in geriatrics. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including community mental health, hospitals, nonprofits, and school-based mental health programs.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other therapeutic techniques that best meet the needs of each individual.
