Great to meet you!

Appointments are available with no wait list! If you're reaching out for therapy, you want something better in your life, and you need someone with the training and compassion to help you get there.

My approach to therapy

My training in Gottman Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy gives me wisdom to understand what happens between relationship partners, and also in individuals. They are two of the best researched, most effective methods that are out there, and I have seen beautiful results in many lives.

What you can expect from me

I've been through struggles in my own life, and have grown from therapy. I get how distressing life can be, and how hard it is even to know what to change, much less how to do it. You'll never hear, "Just get over it" from me. You will get compassion, knowledge, and truth from me.

Christian counseling is available if you request it.
