Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when stress, anxiety, trauma, or big life changes start to pile up. If you’re feeling stuck, worn down, or unsure where to turn next, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely helpful—not intimidating or disconnected. I’m Frances (Frankie) Savage, a licensed therapist with over 8 years of experience helping children (ages 5+), teens, and adults move toward healing and balance. I offer telehealth therapy to clients in Arkansas and Iowa, making support accessible from the comfort of your own space. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down‐to‐earth.

My approach to therapy

My Approach is Integrated and Collaborative: I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from various therapeutic models, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, and person-centered therapy, to tailor a treatment plan that fits your unique needs and goals. Sessions are held online as individual or family.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where we focus on getting to know each other. I’ll invite you to share a bit about yourself, your background, and what’s bringing you to therapy at this time. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—this is simply a starting point.

We’ll spend time building comfort and trust, and I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. By the end of the session, we’ll begin to identify what you’d like to work toward and how I can best support you moving forward.
