Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a background in clinical mental health counseling, the arts, and community work. I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, where I trained in mindfulness-based and experiential approaches to therapy. I especially enjoy working with creatives, LGBTQIA2S+ clients and people exploring relationships, identity, confidence, ADHD, life transitions, grief or a greater sense of meaning and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, creative, engaged and grounded in curiosity. I draw from mindfulness, Gestalt, art therapy, and other experiential approaches, while tailoring our work to what feels useful and authentic for you. Together, we’ll look at the patterns shaping your life and relationships, build greater self-awareness, and explore practical ways to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy, what’s happening in your life right now, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. I aim to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where you can show up as yourself without feeling like you need to have everything figured out. We’ll start identifying what feels most important to focus on and talk about how we can shape therapy around your needs and goals.
