Great to meet you!

You don’t have to carry everything on your own. I'm here to help! I work with helping professionals, first responders, military-connected individuals, couples, and families. My specialty is supporting people who are often the strong ones for everyone else but are beginning to feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected, or who are simply ready for something to change. My best hope is to offer a place where you can feel understood, be fully yourself, and then get back to the work and relationships that matter most to you. I also offer clinical supervision for counselors who want a supportive place to grow.

My approach to therapy

How it works: We’ll talk about what’s been hard, notice the strengths that have carried you this far, and make room for healing, self/others-compassion, connection, and meaningful change. I’d truly love to hear your story and work alongside you.

What you can expect from me

The therapeutic relationship: Finding the right counselor matters, and feeling comfortable with the person you choose is an important part of the process. If you’re thinking about taking that next step, I’d be glad to connect and see if we are a good fit. In-person care is available in El Paso with Telehealth throughout Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota.
