Great to meet you!

You don’t have to keep pushing through when work, life, or both feel overwhelming. I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, burnout, divorce, retirement, midlife transitions, and work-life balance—especially when stress, dread, anger, or uncertainty begin affecting your quality of life. My work is grounded in helping you reconnect with your strengths and develop practical skills to feel more capable and in control. I’ve also taught in university social work, psychology, and business programs and developed continuing education workshops on burnout, personal effectiveness, shyness, and midlife transitions. I do not participate in artificial intelligence apps, as I believe protecting your confidentiality is essential.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is practical, collaborative, and focused on helping you create meaningful change. Together, we’ll identify what’s keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and develop coping strategies that fit your life—not just theory that sounds good on paper. Whether you’re facing work-related anxiety, burnout, a major life transition, relationship changes, or uncertainty about what comes next, we’ll work toward greater balance, confidence, and quality of life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down, feel heard, and talk openly about what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll explore what has been happening, what you’d like to change, and where you want support, while beginning to identify practical next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin. If you’re ready to feel less overwhelmed and more in control, I invite you to reach out. I prefer to be contacted by text message.
