Francis came to the United States of America in 1997. In 2001, he joined the US Army where he served as a medic for 8 years. After his military service, Francis decided to go to Nursing School. He graduated with his MSN from Walden University as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Be calm in front of my clients, show personal interest to the needs of the client, take my time to understand the clients perspective, acknowledge the clients feelings and take care of my own needs as a provider.
