Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) therapist dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients feel heard and empowered. I earned my Master's degree from the University of Denver and have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. Throughout my career, I've supported individuals and families in navigating life's challenges and the various systems that can impact their well-being.

Outside of the therapy room, I'm family-oriented and enjoy spending time with the people I love. I also enjoy painting, exploring new places, and finding joy in new experiences. I believe these interests help me stay grounded and bring curiosity, creativity, and authenticity into my work with clients.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I believe every client has unique strengths, and I enjoy helping people build on those strengths to navigate life's transitions, overcome challenges, and work toward meaningful goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths, experiences, and goals, and identify what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. Together, we'll develop a plan that feels meaningful and tailored to your unique needs. My hope is that you leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and confident about the path ahead.
