Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself lately, you’re not alone. I work with individuals who are navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma, helping them find clarity, stability, and a stronger sense of self.

As a veteran, I understand firsthand how life experiences, especially high-stress or traumatic ones, can shape the way we think, feel, and respond to the world. Whether you’re dealing with past experiences, current challenges, or simply trying to feel more in control of your life, I’m here to support you in a way that feels grounded, practical, and real.

My approach to therapy

My approach is straightforward and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based methods like CBT, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care, but more importantly, I focus on what actually works for you. Together, we’ll identify patterns that may be holding you back and develop realistic, actionable steps to help you move forward. I’ll meet you with compassion and respect, while also gently challenging you when it helps you grow.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be themselves without judgment and where they can feel heard, understood, and supported, but also motivated to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help you build confidence, strengthen your resilience, and create lasting change in your life.

In our first session, we’ll keep things relaxed and conversational. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to be different, and how I can best support you. Just showing up is a powerful first step.
