Great to meet you!

Welcome to my practice! If you would benefit from "talk therapy" and are looking to obtain confidential and targeted counseling services from a competent and caring counselor, you have found the right place! I provide holistic behavioral health services (in the office or via Zoom) to all ages.

My approach to therapy

I only accept clients who we believe have the capacity to resolve their own problems with our assistance. As people learn more about their strengths and weaknesses, they usually become more accepting of themselves and others and feel more empowered to accomplish their goals. As the client, you are responsible for setting the goals you want to accomplish and can terminate counseling at any time. My responsibility is to help you accomplish these goals in the shortest time possible.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, major life decisions are made. These decisions are a legitimate outcome of therapy as a result of an individual’s calling into question some of their beliefs and values, recognizing more their strengths, increasing their self-acceptance, alleviating symptoms and problems or learning more helpful coping skills. The theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive – Behavioral, REBT, and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I also use handouts, bibliotherapy and homework.
