Great to meet you!

You may be trying to make sense of big emotions, manage anxiety or ADHD, or work through experiences that still affect how you see yourself and the world. Maybe you're a parent looking for support for your child, or a teen trying to navigate friendships, identity, or feeling misunderstood. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, to help them feel understood, build confidence, and find healthier ways to cope with life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), play therapy, and art therapy to help you understand your emotions, recognize patterns, and develop tools that work in everyday life. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, bullying, and emotional regulation challenges. Whether we're talking things through, using creative activities, or involving family when helpful, we'll find an approach that fits your needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know each other and seeing if we're a good fit. We'll review important paperwork, talk about what's bringing you to therapy, and begin identifying what you'd like to work toward. You don't have to share everything at once or have the right words for how you're feeling. We'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and we'll work together to create goals that make sense for your life. I'd love to connect and help you get started.
