Great to meet you!

I am a person-centered and solution-focused therapist, as I hope to give you the therapeutic experience you want while addressing the difficulties you face day-to-day. I enjoy working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, and life transitions. Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family, snuggle with my cats, crochet, wand watch sports, like football.

My approach to therapy

I have a flexible approach to therapy that allows us to address your changing priorities. My hope is that your needs are met in each session.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can be nerve-wracking, so I hope to answer any questions you have and get you acclimated to the therapeutic process. The first session will be me getting to know you, so lots of questions and information gathering.
