Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Gabriela Rowinsky and I currently live in sunny Florida. My passion is helping people discover their true worth and define a path toward healing and fulfilment. I graduated college in 2011 with a Master's degree from Adelphi University. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan. I help people ages 16+ to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions and self-doubt to create more fulfilling and empowered lives. With a deep commitment to the work I do, I am here to support you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my greatest strength lies in my genuine care and compassion for the people I work with. I strive to truly listen and connect with my clients, making them feel seen and understood on a deep level. I have a way of reaching people, helping them open up and feel safe to explore the challenges they’re facing without fear of judgment. My clients often tell me that they feel comfortable and at ease with me, knowing that I am someone who not only understands their struggles but is wholeheartedly invested in helping them overcome them. In addition to my ability to connect, I bring a high level of skill and expertise to my practice. I blend my knowledge and therapeutic techniques with a down-to-earth, relatable approach that meets people where they are. This balance of skill and authenticity allows me to guide my clients toward meaningful progress, helping them transform their lives in a way that feels personal, empowering, and achievable. My goal is always to create a space where clients can feel both supported and challenged, knowing that I’m here to walk alongside them every step of the way. I can’t wait to speak with you!

What you can expect from me

In your first session with me, we’ll start with some brief introductions to get to know each other, and then dive into the specific challenges you’re currently facing. I want to hear about what’s been going on in your life and the areas where you’re seeking support. I also want to know what your goals are and what you are looking to obtain from the therapy process. This helps me get a clear understanding of your unique needs so that I can create a tailored plan for us to work through in future sessions. I also prioritize building a strong therapeutic relationship with you. I believe that when there’s a solid rapport between us, that’s when the most beneficial work happens. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable being open and honest, and together, we’ll work towards the growth and healing that you’re looking for.
