Great to meet you!

i love working with creatives, queer or neurodivergent folks, & anyone unpacking identity, trauma, & burnout from a world that demands too much. if you’re struggling with people-pleasing, relationship conflict, perfectionism, a recent adhd diagnosis, family dysfunction, or just trying to survive late-stage capitalism—you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

casual but clinical. you’ll feel like you're with a comrade who has a therapeutic lens, with warmth, inside jokes, clear boundaries, & intention. i’m directive but client-centered—we’ll make plans, set goals, & hold flexibility with grace for when life happens.

What you can expect from me

i started my practice to create a space where people can be honest, raw, weird, vulnerable, & enough—as-is. i believe in unconditional acceptance & in holding a vision of your wellness even when you can’t see it. i bring honesty, humor, deep compassion, & a refusal to pretend oppressive systems don’t play a role in what’s hard.

you know what’s best for you—& i honor that fully. but i’ll also lovingly challenge old narratives that keep you stuck. we’ll name patterns, trace their roots, & shift toward new ways of being. together, we’ll practice curiosity over criticism, grace over perfection, & wholeness over shame.
