Great to meet you!

At a young age, I knew that my path was to become a therapist who could support others. This goal has driven both my education and clinical experiences. Over the years, I have worked in clinics serving children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with depression, anxiety, substance misuse, trauma, ADHD, parenting challenges, and life transitions. My experiences have shaped who I am as an individual and have directly impacted my therapeutic style.

My approach to therapy

I have training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy.

What you can expect from me

My intake process focuses on developing an understanding of what makes each client who they are. I believe each individual is an expert in her or his own life and, therefore, I encourage my clients to share history, current challenges, and hopes for therapeutic work. Together with the individual’s expertise and my therapeutic experience, we will work to identify what progress may look like and work toward achieving goals.
