Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Gabby — I’m really glad you’re here.

I specialize in working with teens and adults navigating anxiety, big emotions, social challenges, and life transitions. I also support children and parents by providing guidance, insight, and practical tools to better understand emotions and feel more confident handling difficult moments at home.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, relaxed, and practical. I focus on helping young people build real-life skills they can use outside of sessions, while making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other. I’ll ask questions to better understand what’s been going on, what’s been feeling challenging, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy.

Whether I’m meeting with a child, teen, or adult, I move at a pace that feels comfortable. For younger clients, this may look more relaxed and interactive, while also making sure they feel safe and at ease. For teens and adults, it’s a space to talk openly, reflect, and begin making sense of what’s coming up.

There’s no pressure to share everything right away — this is a space where you can take your time, feel supported, and ease into the process.
