Great to meet you!

Where an atmosphere of non-judgement exists, lies comfort for one to explore themselves. Mindfulness-based, CBT best describes my style. I value open-mindedness and also feel it is important to address how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence one another. Training and education in Community Mental Health from Wilmington University launched a two decade long mission for me to explore the field of psychology and help others to optimize the quality of their life.

My approach to therapy

With knowledge and personal practice of psychology and body-mind-heart connection, I work with clients to understand, use, and change patterns with the intention of helping one to feel balanced and complete.

What you can expect from me

Providing a safe, comfortable, welcoming, nonjudgemental environment is a priority for me. I hold high standards for myself and aspire to connect with client to encourage them to align with their core beliefs and values and reflect on them to develop intentions and plans.
