Great to meet you!

Because of my training and experience in school psychology from K12 to university levels, my particular focus has been working with children, adolescents, and young adults. My goal is to help individuals gain insights into themselves that will help them develop solutions to their own challenges. I have worked with individuals from various backgrounds who have various difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Autism, ADHD, and life stress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to working with clients is to listen and ask questions to help clients find insight and solutions to their challenges. I also teach various evidence based methods of handling stress, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Overall, I want to help clients meet their own therapeutic goals.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I want to get an overall sense of clients as individuals including their unique background and perspectives on their lives and problems. I ask clients a structured set of questions to help paint a picture of their background and the current challenge. I also ask clients to think about what goals they want to achieve through working together.
