Great to meet you!

My career as a Social Worker has been spent working with children and their families who have struggled with a wide range of mental health issues. I grew into leadership roles and helped lead numerous organizations in the Twin Cities. I have found that it is time for me to get back to my first love, helping individuals. Currently, I work with adults who are facing mental health challenges and life transitions. I specialize in helping individuals navigate life changes, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, boundary concerns, and ADHD. As a Social Worker, I tend to look at the lives of my clients as a whole and offer suggestions or referrals related to current struggles.

My approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping clients improve their lives and become the person they know they can be. My goal is to empower you to stop feeling overwhelmed or hopeless by providing the tools to make the right choices in the moments that matter most. Whether you’re facing everyday stressors or more complex life situations, I’m here to support you in discovering growth and resilience on your journey.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be welcomed, to be heard, and to come away from each session feeling understood. My goal in the first session is to gain an understanding of who you are today and what you have been through. Your experiences don't define you but provide some insight into what has happened to you and how we can move forward together.
