Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed counselor with over 10 years of experience, dedicated to providing compassionate, open-minded, and creative support to my clients. I hold a Master’s in Community Counseling from Henderson State University. I have focused continuing studies on grief, bereavement, and continuing bonds therapies. I have completed Compassionate Bereavement CareTM Training. I am also certified to provide IADC Therapy.

My approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and peace. Emotion-Focused Therapy helps people heal by transforming painful emotions—through awareness, expression, and connection—rather than avoiding or rationalizing them. I see clients as capable and resilient, and together we gently explore patterns that no longer serve while building new ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach is practical, compassionate, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to support each person in ways that promote emotional regulation, self-compassion, and informed decision-making. We work together to reduce symptoms of stress, strengthen coping, and gently reconnect with life. Sessions may include grounding techniques, narrative processing, mindfulness, expressive modalities, and spiritual exploration when desired. Above all, I aim to help clients move through difficulties and losses without pressure and fostering growth at their own pace.
