Great to meet you!

I love animals, travel, and new experiences. I've lived abroad in two different countries over a 6 year period, gaining great exposure to different cultures and people. I find it a privilege to serve and help people through their struggles. I feel my own life experiences help me connect with others.

My approach to therapy

I see clients ages 4 and up, including neurodivergent clients. I work with women, LGBTQ+, those with ADHD and Autism. I specialize in helping clients improve and resolve relationship issues, depression/anxiety, low self worth, parenting challenges, communication issues, family conflict and more.

What you can expect from me

I enjoy helping people navigate this crazy journey called life. My passion is to assist clients on their personal growth journey while increasing their ability to build genuine connection with others. I believe animals have the power to heal the human soul and so I provide farm therapy on a part-time basis.
