Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Maryland and Washington DC with over 14 years of clinical experience supporting adults, children, and families across outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care settings.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, stress and burnout, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. I also have specialized training in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) and work with individuals through infertility, pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, and perinatal loss. Whether you're navigating parenthood, relationship concerns, grief, or other life stressors, you deserve time and space to focus on your own wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, combining evidenced-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to meet each client’s unique therapeutic needs. I believe therapy is a partnership—built on trust and collaboration— a space where clients can make sense of their experiences, while exploring meaningful paths forward. Through reflection and exploration of emotional and behavioral patterns, I help clients gain insight and develop practical tools to support their overall wellbeing. I meet each person where they are, helping them to cultivate confidence, clarity, and self-trust as they move toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, relevant life experiences, relationships, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, grieving, or simply needing support, the first session is a space to begin wherever you are. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard and supported.
