Available tele-health THERAPY for those who are grieving, stressed, emotionally overwhelmed, depressed, have a history of trauma and or addictive behaviors. Healing is a process that requires commitment and non-judgment. I am trauma informed, I meet individuals where they are (simply working on the goals one chooses to work on).
