Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor and the founder of Reflective Therapy: A Pathway to Wellness, where I support adults in slowing down, gaining insight, and reconnecting with themselves. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, ADHD, and intrusive thoughts, using thoughtful, evidence-based approaches tailored to each person’s needs. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, creating a space where you can explore openly and feel truly heard. Together, we’ll focus on increasing self-awareness, building coping skills, and creating a more balanced, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

I take a structured, collaborative approach to therapy focused on helping you make meaningful, lasting changes. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and intrusive thoughts using evidence-based treatments like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP). In our work together, we’ll identify patterns that are keeping you stuck and develop practical tools to help you manage your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors more effectively. My style is supportive, direct, and goal-oriented, so you leave sessions with both insight and strategies you can apply in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental virtual space where we focus on understanding what’s bringing you in and what you’d like to change. I’ll ask questions about your current challenges, background, and goals so we can create a clear, personalized plan for moving forward. We’ll also go over how telehealth sessions work to help you feel comfortable and prepared. By the end of the session, you’ll have a better understanding of your next steps and what to expect from our work together.
