Great to meet you!

As a board-certified psychologist, I am aware that seeking help can be one of the hardest decisions to make so congratulations on taking that step! My primary focus is on bringing resiliency to a person's life enabling them to better cope with stressful circumstances. I am trained in assisting children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression and trauma effects.

My approach to therapy

Each of us has our own unique story and deserves an individualized approach to care. Once you have decided to work with me, I’ll guide you in your therapeutic journey. It’s important to me that we communicate openly and you feel respected in our relationship. I’ll be there to listen to you, challenge you, and provide you with support along the way.

What you can expect from me

In general, I start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
