Great to meet you!

As a Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my mission is to make mental health care accessible, personalized, and empowering. I bring a blend of clinical expertise, modern treatment strategies, and genuine compassion to every session.

My background includes graduate‐level training in advanced psychiatric practice, with a concentration in rural mental health and underserved populations. I’ve worked with clients facing a wide range of challenges — from anxiety and depression to trauma, mood instability, attention‐related concerns, and substance use disorders and I understand how overwhelming it can feel to navigate these experiences alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is grounded in collaboration, respect, and a genuine commitment to understanding each client’s unique story. I believe mental health treatment works best when clients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care decisions.

During our work together, I take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals. I combine evidence‐based psychiatric assessment with a warm, relational style that helps you feel safe discussing what matters most. Treatment plans are individualized and may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and coordination with other providers when helpful.

I specialize in trauma‐informed care, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, and stress‐related concerns. My goal is to help you feel empowered, informed, and confident as we work toward stability, resilience, and improved well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a supportive, trusting relationship. I create a calm, comfortable environment where you can speak openly without fear of judgment. We’ll talk about what brought you in, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to achieve through care.

During this visit, I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we’ll identify your goals and outline a plan that feels realistic and empowering. You can expect a pace that feels gentle, collaborative, and centered on your comfort.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and confident that you have a partner in your mental health journey.
