With nearly 30 years of experience, my psychotherapy practice is deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness meditation, and a holistic mind/body approach, all grounded in a solution-focused orientation. Utilizing IFS, I help clients explore their internal dynamics, fostering self-awareness and compassion for the various parts of themselves. Mindfulness meditation techniques are integrated to enhance present-moment awareness, allowing clients to manage stress and emotional responses more effectively.
