Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have trained at Columbia University and the Postgraduate Center for Mental Health in New York City. I have worked in New York City and North Carolina. I am a Humanist who believes in Science and Reason. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness.

I see clients in the office and remote here in Charlotte, NC.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a partnership. We work together so that a patient can make progress toward one's goals. I do utilize homework. I feel that approach is more effective and efficient. I see Life as a journey. Therapy is a way of making that journey healthier.

Clients will develop new skills to manage their problems. The goal is for a client to live a happier, healthier, fulfilling life.
