Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned clinician with 20 years of experience helping adults progress from striving to thriving. My approach is influenced by CBT, motivational interviewing, executive coaching, and dynamic approaches towards promoting change.

With a doctoral degree from The Chicago School, internship at Duke Medical Center, postdoctoral fellowship in forensic psychology at Notre Dame, and 20 years of experience in various therapy settings, I bring experiential depth to each session.

My approach to therapy

I employ an interactive and collaborative approach that drives toward positive change, specializing in: anxiety, depression, divorce adjustment, relationship/dating issues, men’s issues, adult ADHD, work stress, entrepreneurial barriers, anger, emotional and cognitive barriers to productivity, and career adjustment.

I am also an entrepreneur and sought-after presenter and speaker on corporate thriving and well-being, and I incorporate these well-being and coaching topics into my therapy sessions.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, you can expect me to balance offering support, fostering insights and challenging you to continually grow. Therapeutic goals are set at the outset of therapy, mutually agreed upon, and measured over time. Throughout, a growth mindset is encouraged as you learn to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments toward positive change.
