I have been a licensed therapist for over 14 years. My first goal is to help the client feel glad that they came to therapy. I do this by teaching them emotional release processes so that they can feel empowered.

I listen carefully to ascertain the client's strengths and focus on enhancing them. I want to get to know the whole person first, not just their problem. I am solution focused and work hard to get the results that the client wants.
