My approach to therapy

Dr. Geraldine Gike recognizes that every individual is unique, and it’s her priority to mold her therapeutic approach to suit their individual needs and goals through Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and EMDR interventions and more.
